Privacy Policy
SpinClub stores your account profile, private clubs, selected albums, ratings, reviews, listening notes, moderation records, and Apple Music connection state to provide features you request.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information We Use
Your name, email, profile settings, club memberships, selected albums, ratings, reviews, saved albums, and moderation records may be stored so SpinClub can restore your private club activity across devices.
Music-service page counts
On /listen, we store daily page-view and music-service-link click totals for up to 90 days, with daily automatic cleanup. These totals contain only the UTC day, event type, service and count—not account details, album details, visitor IDs, IP addresses or cookies. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these counts. Repeated clicks and bots may be counted; totals are not unique visitors or verified listening. Reports are private to our hosting administration. Hosting security logs are separate and may include IP addresses and other request information. Service links open the providers’ own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Apple Music Access
When you connect Apple Music, authorization tokens are used only to request Apple Music catalog data, initiate playback through MusicKit, and perform library actions you explicitly request. SpinClub does not use Apple Music playback history for advertising or user identification. You can disconnect Apple Music or delete your SpinClub account in the app.
